Standard Cancellation Policy

I understand that things can change after making a booking. However, late cancellations and no-shows are difficult to manage. Late cancellations leave me with appointments I can’t fill, which results in lost income and prevents other clients from taking the slot.

To change or amend an appointment (including increasing or decreasing the amount of in-studio time required), I require 48 hours’ notice.

Please only book an appointment in advance if you are comfortable with my booking terms, as charges apply when I receive less than 48 hours’ notice.

  • 48 to 12 hours’ notice — You will be charged 50% of your treatment cost. However, if I am able to fill the slot, you will not be charged.
  • Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-show — You will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

These conditions apply to all appointments, including courses. Any cancellation charge will need to be settled before a new appointment can be booked.
