If you have Covid 19 or are isolating please re-arrange your appointment.

Allow ten days following vaccination for any appointments (skin sensitivities have been seen after vaccinations and booster jabs.) If in doubt, a skin test will be required.

Standard cancellation policy.

I do understand that things can change after making a booking, however, it is difficult to manage late cancellations and no-shows. Late cancellations give me appointments I can't fill, so I lose income and other clients miss out on the availability.

To change or amend an appointment (+ or - the amount of in-clinic time required) I do require 48 notice.

Please only book an appointment in advance if you are comfortable with my booking terms, as charges apply when I receive less than 48 hours notice.

If you cancel after 48 hours to 12 hours you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost. However should I be able to fill the slot, you will not be charged.

If you cancel or no show within less than 12 hours you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

Conditions apply to all appointments including courses.

Any cancellation charge will be due before a new appointment may be booked.

Arrival

Please arrive on time, I always endeavour to be on time for your appointment.

If you are a little early please take a seat, quietly in my waiting area.

Hours

My opening hours are:

  • Monday & Tuesday closed
  • Wednesday 9 - 5.30 pm
  • Thursday 9 - 7.30 pm
  • Friday 9 - 4.30 pm
  • Saturday 9 - 2 pm

I do have limited evening availability which can be organised with myself directly.

Parking

You may park directly on my drive at the front of my premises. If a space is not available please park on Silvester way.

Children

My space is unsuitable for children, please don’t bring them along to your appointment.
